Come and Join Our CrossFit Community!
If you are new to CrossFit you will have to complete a mandatory Fundamentals course before becoming a fully-fledged member to ensure that you understand the fundamental movements of CrossFit and can perform the movements safely before beginning the classes.
Step 1
FREE Taster (optional)
Objective: Find out if you like it!
What to expect:
The free taster session is completed 1 to 1 with one of our fully qualified, experienced coaches. During the FREE taster session, the coach will tell you a bit more about CrossFit and show you a few of the many different exercises we do and get you to have a go too. We will also explain how the exercises and workouts can be ‘scaled’ (modified) to ALL fitness levels, whether a beginner or advanced.
At the end of the session, you will have a very short workout to do just to get the heart rate up!
Step 2
3 x Fundamentals sessions
Objective: Let us show you how to move!
What to expect:
The Fundamentals sessions are completed one to one with one of our fully qualified experienced coaches and consist of 9 foundation movements where a lot of CrossFit exercises evolve from and are therefore split into 3 movements per session. At the end of each of the 3 sessions, you will have a short workout. Allow 1 hour for each session.
Step 3
CrossFit Classes
Objective: Join the community and start getting fitter!
What to expect:
A fun, challenging and rewarding environment and a fit and healthy body and mind! You will also receive ongoing coaching and tuition.
