Open Gym

It offers an opportunity to practice some exercises, do some mobility, catch up on a WOD from earlier on in the week, or buddy up with someone to do a partner WOD – there is no instructing as it’s not a class, but a fully qualified CrossFit coach will be on hand should you need to ask a question. It’s free time to do almost anything you like!

You have to have completed the Fundamentals sessions or be an experienced CrossFitter in order to have an ‘Open Gym Only’ membership
