At CrossFit Incursion, we provide a range of package options that both members and non-members can purchase. We also provide bespoke packages to suit specific needs such as, if you are training for something in particular – marathon, sports trials etc.

Incursion Personal Training

Incursion Nutrition Plans

Stage 2 Nutritional Plan £100

Stage 2 Nutritional Plan requires you to complete a 7-day food and drink diary. We will also require your measurements.

Based on this, we will then advise you of how much you can eat each day (this may be done in calories, macronutrients or blocks depending on the advised plan), along with meal plan recipe ideas.

Includes 2 x consultations at the beginning to determine needs, wants and requirements and then a follow up one week later to discuss food diary and the best nutritional plan to move forward with. This includes 8 weeks of ongoing support and advice from initial consultation.

 
Stage 3 Nutritional Plan £250

Stage 3 Nutritional Plan includes everything from Stage 2, but with a precise tailor-made bespoke meal plan to follow each day for 4 weeks, followed by the same ongoing support as Stage 2 for a total of 8 weeks.

12 Personal Training Sessions (45-60mins) with Stage 2 Nutritional Plan £350
