These coach-led classes offer an opportunity to Work Your Weakness! Whether it is Stamina, Strength or Skill. Each week will offer 1 or 2 options of each of the 3 areas to work on, and the coach will help you decide which one will be best for you! We are only as strong as our weakest area, so use this as an opportunity to really work on what you need!
